A private accounting control plane that connects Apis Technology, LLC's QuickBooks Online company to an AI-assisted bookkeeping workflow. It is an internal tool, not a public product.

• Extracts fields from uploaded vendor invoices and statements, and drafts accounting records for review.
• Writes approved records back to QuickBooks — every write passes an explicit human approval step.
